It's going to be a rainy Sunday here in not so sunny Florida. The thunder and lightening just woke me up. I don't even plan on getting dressed today!
I thought I would share one last birthday card with you for now. This card has multiple layers but was quite simple to make. I chose a coordinating patterned paper and started cutting squares and matted them. I then stamped and matted my sentiment ties a beautiful bow and admires my beautiful card.
Enjoy!

Happy Birthday Gift Box. Sweet!!
Today's the big day! Happy Birthday to me! To finish off the week of birthday I'm sharing a gift box my friend Sharon Field shared with me using Stampin Ups Top Note die!
It's the perfect size for a gift card or a few chocolates! For the tutorial on how to make one see Sharon's post Here
I fancied my grass using the Martha Stewart four bladed scissors. The flowers are buttons and I always have to put thread through my buttons. the little butterfly is a stampin up die that embosses as it cuts!
I used the scalloped oval punch for my handle on the top note die. I finished off the bag by tying the gift card through the handle. It's so stinkin' cute isn't it?

Happiest Birthday Wishes Card
TGIF! Do I have to get out of bed? One more day and I can sleep in...well till seven! LOL
Today's card is pretty simple but very striking. It looks pretty complicated but using my Creative Memories Circle Cutter it was a breeze. Just cut using the same circle with a different blade. It didn't take anytime at all to make it line up!
The dots down the side are called Candies. I bought the white ones and they are so easy to color with my Copics, Stampin Up markers or my Prisma Color Pencils depending on the look I want. Best thing is its a perfect match that way! :)
The movie the Lorax opens this weekend. It's at the IMAX here and I can't wait. Are you planning on going? It's going to be awesome just like anything Seuss.
It's going to be a beautiful day in Sunny Florida. Enjoy your day!

Just Crabbie! Cute Little Fish and Another Cute Birthday
Good morning everyone. It's one day closer to the weekend. I know I was going to show you birthday cards all week but I did this card last night and couldn't wait to share it with you. It's a stamp from my favorite things.
I stamped the fish on patterned paper and used a coordinating piece from the little stack for my background paper. The coloring is done with Copic Markers. You can see where I used them to shade on the fish. I also embellished the fish with my Diva Glitter liner. I have added a close undo you can see he his shading and that he is adhered with dimensionals. you can also see I detailed her fun rain boots with black polka dots!
Keeping with the Birthday theme here is today's birthday card. It's another embossed layers card. I just love this little guy. He is cute and the saying is irresistible. It's a simple card but add a little coordinating ribbon and it just screams WOW!
Have a great day!

Wish BIG! That would be me!
Carrying on with the Birthday theme today I have a card to share using a House Mouse stamp.
I chose to color with Copic Markers and I think it turned out fabulous. That cupcake looks so yummy I used the frame embossing folder to make a decorative mat for the image. It was perfect. I added the sparkle ribbon and "iced" the cupcake with a Diva Glitter Liner pen.
Enjoy your day!

Classic Black and White with a Dash of WOW!
There's nothing as classic as black and white and today's card is a perfect example.
I have used black and white paper and ribbon and thrown in a dash of pink (my favorite color) for a little pop of wow! I used my copic markers to color the flower. I didn't have a flower to fit the frame do I drew the stem and leaf and used dimensionals to put the flower over the stem.
I also distressed the white to coordinate with the patterned paper. I always keep cheap old brown and black ink pads on hand to use for distressing. I use the cheap pads as they are perfect for this as they are not the usual hard ink sponge and I don't have to worry about ruining my good ink pads!
Thanks to everyone who stopped by my site yesterday. I had almost five hundred visitors!!!

Birthday Wishes
To celebrate my birthday this week I am going to share a week of birthday projects! I hope you follow along we can always use birthday card ideas!
Today's card is very bright and colorful. I punches different size circles and glued them to black cardstock. I then ran the piece of cardstock with the circles attached through my Sixxiz Big Shot machine in the Stampin up square lattice embossing folder. It creates a very neat textured background. I then stamped the cupcake and cut it out and adhere with a dimensional.
The ribbon is wired so the bow stands up nicely!
