Another year has come and gone! I'm starting to plan for new classes and projects to share with you! One of my upcoming ventures is to share my passion for creating with you through online classes! I will keep you posted when this goes live!
I want to put out a huge Thank You to my subscribers and followers! Your kind words inspire me to create and share new things with you.
Today's project is a thank you card made with the cutest little bee! I used my dauber and inked around the edges and raised sections of the honey comb for some added character. To finish I tied a double bow (some of you will learn how easy this is)!
Enjoy!

Oh Crab I forgot
It's been so nice not to have to get up and get ready for work a few days. Now it's back to the grind. My body is tired but I'm up and at em!
Today's card is made with my new paper smooches stamp set. I just love the saying. I colored with crab with my copic markers and added google eyes. I distressed the edges of the sand for a little texture!
Enjoy!

Hey Chickie Paper Smooches
TGIF! Here's a quick card I made. You could change the image and sentiment to fit any occasion.
I used the chick and sentiment from paper smooches. I colored the chick with Copics and cut him out and added him to the card using dimensionals. Simple and easy design for a last minute card!
Have a great weekend!

Monster Birthday with Washi Tape
Washi tape? Yet another collection to have to have all you can hoard! There are so many colors an patterns how could you possibly decide?
Today's card is my second creation using Washi Tape. You will see the first one a little later.
I used the Darcie's Monster Birthday set for my cute little monster. His eyes and mouth are separate stamps. I have attached them using dimensionals. I cut my orange tape to create a thick and thin strip and the green is a partial piece as well. The sentiment is also from Darcie's!
Perfect card for your little monsters birthday!
Enjoy!!!

Thanks So Much with Paper Smooches
Thanks to all of my new and old followers for taking time to visit and see the creations I have made to share with you!
Today's card is made using one of my favorite stamp lines, Paper Smooches. The honeycomb border is in one of the border sets and the bee is in another. The bee is, of course, colored with Copics and I then added crystal effects to the black part of the body. The sentiment is also colored with Copics The little bee just makes me smile when I see him.
First day with trainer yesterday. I'll feel so good when it stops hurting!
Enjoy!

You are Special Paper Smooches single layer card
It's a chilly start to this Thursday but it feels great. Opening of the beaches is this weekend to kick off the sand in your toes summer but the beach is already beautiful.
Today's card is a single layer (other than a mat) meaning no added pieces of paper. I stamped the monster on a piece of Kraft paper and colored him with Copics. He almost looks like denim. I couldn't let him go without some googlie eyes! I colored his tooth with my white gelly roll pen. To finish him off and add a little dimension, I took my white prismacolor pencil and shaded around the edge of his body! He's just adorable.
I am taking my first Copic class this weekend. I am excited to learn some new techniques which I'll be sharing when I return.
Enjoy!

Buzzworthy Paper Smooches Wobble Card
TGIF! Busy weekend ahead weather permitting!
Today's card uses a lot of pieces but I think it's one of my favorites. I used a paint chip as my inspiration and started layering. The sentiment is stamped on and punched using the word window punch from Stampin Up. The patterned paper was in my scrap stash. the scalloped border was made using the border punch. The bee is by Paper Smooches and I cut him out and added him onto a "wobble" which is a cute new creation that makes your cards move. Now my bee can actually "buzz buzz"!
Enjoy!

God Bless Paper Smooches embossed card
Hello everyone! I hope you all survived tax day!
Today's card uses a great technique. I punched circles (you could use whatever shape you wanted) and attached them randomly to my card and then embossed the whole sheet with my lattice embossing folder. It looks like one single layer of paper.
I then stamped the paper smooches bug and colored him with my Twinkling H2Os. Kinda gives him a "glow". I attached him to a larger circle with a scallop and added it to the card using dimensionals.
Enjoy!

Heard You Caught a Bug Paper Smooches
Hello everyone! This card is appropriate today as I am dragging. Overslept this morning. I think I'm too old to go out every night of the week! LOL. It's going to be busy through the weekend. But I will survive!
Today's card is so cute and so simple to make! I colored the bug with my Copics. I used dimensionals and added him to the black matted base. I then drew a line around that mat after stamping the sentiment. The little pink ribbon is a perfect cheery splash of color.
Enjoy!

Hello everyone. I'm late posting this morning from a late night last night. In so glad it's Friday. Busy weekend ahead.
Today's card is the made using the Paper a smooches owl. He is just adorable. I love his two size eyes. I colored him with my copic markets and stamped the wood stamp on brown cardstock to make the tree. There are two layers with a circle cut out of the top layer for him to peek out of.

Poor Little Monster a Get Well Card
Hello everyone. We have made it to hump day!!! It's been a busy week so it's flying by.
Today I have a get well card that's sure to cheer up any little monster that's under the weather. You can see by his spots he is sick! I colored the Paper Smooches monster using my Copic Markers and gave him some purple bumps. He's just so sad looking.
I stamped the sentiment using my Stampin Up white craft ink. I love the crispness of the white on the purple. Hopefully he'll be on the mend in no time!
Enjoy!

Teacher Card Am I Really Ready for High School
Today I go to school to register my sweet daughter for HIGH SCHOOL! Seems like just a short time ago I watched her get on that bus as a kindergarten and go to big school (I really didn't think she would go but she was so excited to ride the bus).
Today's card takes me back to that kindergarten day where we sent notes to school, celebrated teacher week and did all those cute little thank you'd!
I used an embossing folder for the paper. The Paper Smooches apple colored with Copic Makers and the pencil was a premade embellishment from a scrapbooking set. I hand wrote the "teacher".
Hold them close as long as you can.....college is write around the corner. Katie tells me she is going to stay with me a while longer as she needs to learn to cook! LOL
